Bio: Steve Blank
Steve Blank is the founder and industry pioneer of the retail location based, consumer driven Real Estate Libraries in Denver’s up-scale Cherry Creek Shopping Center in front of Saks 5th Avenue. Steve Blank gained his real estate experience as a Broker Associate in one of the nations top ranked Real Estate Firms. Real Estate Libraries opened in the fall of 2004 and is the first retail marketing home storefront gallery of its kind. As President of Real Estate Libraries, Mr. Blank has spearheaded the library’s growth and upcoming expansion into a major resource for home buyers, sellers and real estate professionals throughout the region.
The Real Estate Library has evolved into a valuable real estate marketing venue for area builders, many established national and local real estate companies, and most recently, has expanded the retail site to nearly 1,200 sq. ft. to accommodate the ever increasing demand for resort and vacation properties,” said Blank. “In addition to the panels showcasing listings, the Library features new developments in custom back-lit showcases, including metropolitan projects ranging from high rise condominiums to single-family residences. We are also showcasing many vacation properties from the Colorado mountains to Mexico and beyond.
Steve Blank earned his real estate license in 1975. He is a six-time recipient of Denver’s Top Ten award from the Denver Board of Realtors. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Denver University and enjoys sports, movies, cars and nostalgic music.
